Hiking Through The Awesome English Countryside | Lejog Training Ep.5

In this video I continue my training to walk the length of the UK by hiking through the English Countryside and doing some weight training.

The first hike I did was in the Chiltern Hills on a trail called "Whiteleaf to Chequeurs Walk". Unfortunately the weather wasn't on my side and it ended up raining and even snowing during the whole hike.

The next hike I did was also in the Chiltern Hills near Henley on Thames and the trail is called "Mill End, Southend and Frieth Circular". It was a truly beautiful English nature walk that showcased the English Countryside with some of the most beautiful views I have ever seen!
